Introduction
I am always interested in learning through online events and in-person conferences.
For the second year in a row, I’ll be attending a conference run by Marisa Murgatroyd called Message to Money Live. The conference invites you to “Write Your ‘Love Letter’ To The World And Inspire Millions While Making Millions.” They ask you to “Join us and create your exact ‘Message to Money’ Pathway to inspire more people to invest more money in you more often to make a bigger difference in their lives…”
I got a free ticket to attend, because I participated in a 21-day Facebook Live challenge that Marisa hosted. Her challenge was, if you “went live” on Facebook every day for the whole 21 days, she would gift you a free ticket. I did it, and it was a weird experience (but that’s for another post.)
About the Conference
Message to Money Live takes place in Los Angeles on February 16-18, 2018. It is, and I quote from the website:
3 days of laser focus on YOU and YOUR business…
- What you sell
- How you sell it
- When you sell it
- The exact words you use to sell it
- A step-by-step plan you’ll use to achieve the results you and your customers most desire, along with a rock-solid business strategy to guide you.
My Expectations
As I mentioned, I attended last year. At that conference, I was with my four sisters, and it was a combination of business and fun with them. This year, only my older sister is coming.
I am excited to see what new things Marisa has in store, and to meet people who are at various stages of running their own businesses. I want to know how they are going to implement what she suggests, and hear about the unique results they have experienced, if they’ve been following her for any length of time.
Finally, I wanted to see if I can pick up some new tidbit that can help me exponentially grow my business this year, and get me one step closer to quitting my day job (don’t tell my boss).
As always, I am going in with a bit of skepticism, but also a willingness to learn and a great curiosity to
As I finish my reflections on each day of the conference I will be posting more. Check back soon!
